To join Garden State Hog Chapter you must be a current paid member of the national Harley-Davidson Owners Group (HOG.)

You can open the HOG Chapter membership form with the link below.  Fill in your information in the fields, then save the file to your PC.  Open the saved document from your PC and print so you can bring to a Garden State HOG Chapter meeting or to the dealership along with you membership fee ($30.00).
